Is there a boat ramp nearby?

Yes, there are a few boat ramps along your way to Bouctouche(here is one), as well as your route to Shediac.

Do you provide bed linens?

All of the beds in the cabin are fully made with clean sheets, blankets and a comforter. We do not provide daily maid service but there are extra bed linens provided should you need them. Towels and face cloths can be included (see rates for details).

Occupancy

The number of guests per property is 2 adults & their small children (under 15). With prior arrangement with the owner, there is the opportunity to add additional guests at $10 per member. The owner has the right to refuse entry of a party larger than the agreed number.

Liability

The owner has taken care to ensure that the property and its contents are in good order and safe. The owner cannot accept liability for any damage, injury, expense, death or loss of any nature whatsoever other than that caused by the negligence of the owner.

Cancellation

If you cancel at least one month before your date of arrival, we will refund the deposit ( minus a $ 50 administration fee).
If less than one month and that we can reserve it to someone else, we will refund the deposit ( minus a $ 50 administration fee).
If we are unable to book it again, we will keep the deposit.

Booking

A deposit of $250 per week of the cottage rental is payable on booking. The balance of the cost of the cottage rental is due on arrival of vacation. Provisional bookings are held once deposit has been paid in full.

When is check in and check-out?

Check-in any time after 2PM & Check-out before 11AM. If you are interested in early check-in or late check out, please inquire when making your reservations. We can be flexible with your check-in and check-out times. For late arrivals and/or early departures; reimbursements are not applicable.We ask that you honour the usual check-in and check-out times. This allows us to prepare the cottage for the next guest.

Internet Access?

Yes, we do provide wireless high speed internet.

Do you have rabbit ears – or TV?

There is satellite TV in all of our cottages. There’s also DVD players in all.

Arrivals and Departures

The properties require thorough inspection between guests, therefore your cottage will be available at 2pm on your date of arrival and we ask you vacate at 11am. There is circumstances when check-in and check-out can be altered, owners require notice at booking.

Do you allow Pets?

Pets are welcome at a daily fee (see the rates section).

We ask that you follow these 3 rules.
1. Owners must clean up after the dog(s).
2. Kept on leash at all times.
3. Not excessive barker(s).
*If disturbing, owners will be ask to leave – without refund.

Please note that Chalets VIVELO Cottages are not fenced. Damage caused by pets will be the responsibility of the renter.

Do you provide towels?

Towels and wash cloth’s are not provided but we can provide them for 5$ per day.

Breakages

The guest is expected to take care of the property and its fixtures and fittings and leave the cottage as clean and tidy as they found it at the start of their stay.
Any damages or breakages must be reported to the owner, who has the right to request payment to cover the cost of any repairs or replacement.

Are your cabins non-smoking?

All cottages are non smoking; smoking is permitted on patio/outdoor.

Lost Property

We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any property left behind when your holiday comes to an end. We will, however, make every effort to contact you so that arrangements can be made.
Any property left behind in will need to be fully described and claimed within 28 days, after which time they will be disposed.

Payment Method

We accept Personal Check, Money Order, Cash, Interac e-Transfer, personal check for deposit only, then cash, money or Interac e-Transfer order for the balance.

Quiet Times

Quiet times are from 11PM to 8AM – no parties, although exceptions can be arranged. If we are given notice at the time of booking, we can arrange special arrangement requests (parties).
