Rates
April to June 9 (Out of season)
$850 per week, or $135 per night (two-night minimum) or $150 per night.
June 10 to September 15
$975 per week, or $150 per night.
September 16 to December (Out of season)
$850 per week, or $135 per night (two-night minimum) or $150 per night.
Special Monthly Rental Price
$1600 monthly rates (for 2 adults -extra fees will apply for additional adults and pets)- only available during off-season months.
Pet Friendly
We welcome you to bring your pet(s), for a fee of $10 per day / $60 a week.
All cottages are non smoking; smoking is permitted on patio/outdoor.
General Information
Check-in any time after 2PM & Check-out before 11AM.
Late arrivals are fine – please advise.
The number of guests per property is 2 adults & their small children (under 15).
With prior arrangement with the owner, there is the opportunity to add additional guests at $10 (per day / $60 per week) per member.
Towels & face cloths CAN be included for 5$ per day / 35$ per week.
Quiet times are from 11PM to 8AM – no parties, although exceptions can be arranged. If we are given notice at the time of booking, we can arrange special arrangement requests (parties).
For late arrivals and/or early departures; reimbursements are not applicable.
Cancellations are subject to a 50$ Administration fee.
We also ask that you mention if you are bringing any pets as well as other guests.
Deposit
A deposit of $250.00 is required per week reserved.
We accept Personal Check, Money Order, Cash, Interac e-Transfer, personal check for deposit only, then cash or money order for the balance.
